As a technical and commercial director at
Netstore France, Paris, 1999-2003, EL Fatimi was the
first person
who could install a total extranet system and service with
added value to produce up to 100 simultaneous "real producer
streams" and transmit, under "standard modem limitations", up to15 frames/second for the
first time on Earth, on
October 2001.
As Netstore France is an ISP, EL
Fatimi used a T3 lines routed through OLEAN, France
Telecom.
As a Computing manager at Softcom France,
Paris, 1996-1999, he was responsible of the installation and
sale of broadcast systems &
first
internet sites with
"Added-Value" as well as the
first "Virtual Casino",
in Paris, so in France & all its colomies.

Writing the script of the first Auto-boot CD that could lunch an application, as an internet site or a virtual casino, in a browser and auto connect to the Net was a positive added value to Softcom too. EL Fatimi have also done a part of the legal documentation, translation and registration of Softcom France since, Peter Wallet, Pierre Decco, was principally the main investor and PDG. Starting an S.A. with three commercial directors and a young web designer was one of the more exciting and challenging experience since Softcom clients where mainly important personalities such as ministers, politicians, from all Europe etc...
