Primordial objective:

  1. Offering to the city 7 full time work-places from the very first opening day.

  2. Managing over 100 part time work-places for performers and actors every and each season.

  3. 3a_ Workplaces are proposed to jobseekers of the local Institution that provides the association RiverLight the physical place, the building, for Helsinki Cultural Club's activities: H.C.C.
    3b_ Opening  "Helsinki Cultural Club" by RiverLight© association to your capital participation. Recycling it to 150% every year. Be our Exclusive Investor instead of the local institutions.

  4. Offering to performers and actors a competitive creative and challenging work atmosphere, inspired exclusively from the high art of sound, design and technology from the sixties. Actors and performers, who can satisfy our selection criteria, are provided with _Artists or Actors Club Member_ card, "A.C.M".

  5. Opening the association to the audience itself as well as to the actors by encouraging there participation while offering to recycle there investment to 150% every cycle of 12 months. Participants, investors,  are provided with _Helsinki Cultural Club Card Holders_ "H.C.C.C.H".

  6. Presenting to the public exceptional service, an entertainment atmosphere and journey that leaves an impression and that they wont find  in no other club, discotheque or cultural institute but in the H.C.C.

 

Helsinki Cultural Club Card Holders, "HCCCH":

As an investor, you are an "HCCCH", _Helsinki Cultural Club Card Holders_  of the association "RiverLight".
The HCCCH are members and are considered as part of the association with total right to view and have copies of  all the bank transactions of Helsinki Cultural Club bank account, starting from the day of there adhesion.

We do accept your capital participation from 100€ and up to EURO 100k.
Any HCCCH capital that had been in the association produce 150% after every cycle of 12 months to its HCCCH owner.

Every end of the 12th month, HCCCH owner may withdraw all or part of her/his initial investment and new capital or let all or part of it work for other shorter cycles than the initial one of 12  months.
Shorter cycles are cycles of six months and do produce 125% after every 180 days.

The association will use all external capital participations exclusively for its structural elements which allow production of goods and services: Economically infrastructure.

No legal bank or legal organization on earth can guaranty the evolution of your investment as the "HCCCH".
The main objectives of the development of this new venue are:
We understand we do need to capitalize on an excellent location opportunity with swift commitment to the City Center development.

 If a local institution is involved  in our activities:

50% of the full time workplaces will be proposed to the jobseekers of the local Institution that provides RiverLight with the physical place, the building, for H.C.C.'s activities. Those work places are effective and definitive following a short test period of 2 months.
After audition, up to 20% among the part time performers and actors,  part time work places,  will be reserved to the same Institution's clients as an important factor of integration in the City Center development decreasing the exclusion syndrome of prevalent values.
20% part time work places are capitalized by the end of every and each season.

Complete accurate business plan, approved by Helsinki city business advisers, as well as a 3 years key-figures projection and excellent calculation had been approved and might be consultable. Please act or feed-back.

We want to hear from you!

 Helsinki Cultural Club can promote your work to local and international buyers from all over the world.
First please register with us and join the member club. We will then give you your personal _Artists or Actors Club Member_ card: "A.C.M".

Artists must prove there existing status from a local or a foreigner labor institution as a legal artist by producing an original or a certified copy of a tax contribution or 10 essays analogue.

Actors have to prove there cursus by submitting us there curriculum vitäe including a copy of the highest level of there education and/or a concrete technical or scientific research, production or realization.

Our restriction is based on the fact that we want you to challenge one of the more creative human history decade, "The Sixties", to create something else than what had been done after this selective decade in art, technology and science. Our leitmotiv is that positive inspiration leads to real innovation. Free lectures and conferences will be hold to clear why innovation has to lay on a pure basic ground relative to the sixties.

For example, we talk a lot on SVW about blogging, wikis and RSS, the media technologies defining this phase 2.0 of the internet. In 1965, Engelbart said, "we had developed a way of sending email, and making any word of a document into a permalink, which could be linked to any other document or word and easily published to others. Essentially we had blogs and wikis."
The modular synthesizer (aka moog synthesizer), developed in 1960 by Robert Moog and Donald Buchla, marked a major change in serious music.  Innovative composers were already experimenting with electroacoustic music.  Now they were able to go further with John Cage's 0'0 (Zero Silence) to be performed by anyone in anyway; Morton Subotnik's Silver Apples of the Moon;  Robert Ashley's Wolfman.  In 1967, Alvin Lucier, one of the co-founders of the Sonic Arts Union, created "Music for a Solo Performer," in which electrodes were attached to the performer's scalp.  His alpha waves, controlled by his concentration, resonated from loudspeakers, accompanied by occasional percussion.  Computers were used in music composition and sound synthesis, notably Max Mathews' Music IV and Music V.  By the end of the decade, popular music was also using synthesizers and other electronic devices.

 Uutiset ja Tapahtumat Helsingissa

Abstract / Synopsis

Tarkoituksenamme on perustaa Helsingin keskustaan kulttuuri-studio, jossa järjestetään muun muassa erilaisia musiikki-, design-, taide-, teatteri ja tanssitapahtumia. Formaatti on osa Pariisissa vuonna 2003 käynnistettyä RiverLight Sound and Vision – projektia. Formaatissa erilaiset tapahtumat taltioidaan ja välitetään internetin kautta kansainväliselle yleisölle. Tämä toimintamalli mahdollistaa Helsingin kaupungin ja yksittäisten taiteilijoiden promovoinnin ulkomaille. Pariisissa hankkeella on saavutettu hyviä tuloksia ja toiminta Suomessa tapahtuu yhteistyössä Pariisin kanssa.

Tätä tarkoitusta varten etsin d.m 2008 alkaen n. 140–240 m2 tilaa, joka sopisi tämän kaltaiseen toimintaan. Tilat ovat käytössä viitenä päivänä viikossa erilaisia taiteellisia performansseja ja projekteja varten. Tilan tulisi täyttää n. 70-100 henkilön läsnäoloon vaadittavat turvallisuusmääräykset ja saniteettitilat. Paikassa järjestetään myös musiikkiesityksiä, joten sen sijainnin tulisi mahdollistaa toiminta ilman metelin aiheuttamia häiriöitä. Studion design rakennetaan 1960-luvun hengessä ja myös äänimaailma seuraa 1960-luvun ajankuvaa. Paikan vuokraajat vastaavat tilojen sisustuksesta.

Hankkeen koordinoijana toimii El Fatimi, joka oli mukana myös käynnistämässä Pariisin hanketta (CV liitteenä). El Fatimi on toiminut aiemmin muun muassa projektinjohtajana Softcom France S.A:ssa ja on opiskellut Suomessa Adultan (International Development Centre of Adulta) aikuiskoulutuskeskuksessa. Opinnoissaan hän perehtyi erityisesti työelamatietouteen ja suomen kieleen (Opettajien suositus liitteenä). Suomessa ollessaan El Fatimi on toiminut laajalti eri kulttuurisektoreilla. Hän on osallistunut taidefestivaalien järjestelyihin, tehnyt DJ-keikkoja ja pyrkinyt aktiivisesti edistämään 1960-luvun musiikkikulttuurin ylläpitoa. Muiden mukana olevien henkilöiden taustat liittyvät tiiviisti erilaisiin kulttuurisiin toimintasektoreihin (lista liitteenä).

 

Toiminnan kaksi pääelementtiä ovat:
1. mahdollisuus tuottaa yleisölle erilaisia taidekokemuksia ja elämyksiä, sekä
2. tuoda Suomalaista osaamista paremmin kansainväliseen tietoisuuteen verkkomaailman kautta. Näin hanke palvelee yksittäisiä taiteilijoita, monipuolistaa pääkaupunkiseudun kulttuuritarjontaa ja luo kansainvälisiä yhteyksiä.

We are individual, capable... not avoiding work, we need to create jobs of our own economically and socially positive for the city where we do, or have to, live. Offering qualitative and innovative work for others too as we prove it in the past in different innovative cultural, technical and artistically ways in different other cities!

RiverLight do only need a suitable local place, a building, for the first, two months, to start its activities in Helsinki and create real work places for many other actors too.

50 % täysiaikaisista työntekijöistä tulisi olemaan Sosiaaliviraston työvalmennuksen asiakkaita (koeaika 1 kk - 4 kk), edellyttäen että RiverLight saa käyttöönsä toimitilan varusteineen.

Tiukkaa kustannusseurantaa ja kassavirta- kontrollia pidetään yllä (tapahtumat, palkat, verot) hyvän johtamisen ja automaattisen tietotekniikan avulla.
